CRITIQUE SERIES FOR ARTISTS
Share ideas and experiences through in-depth discussion of each artist’s work. The series covers exhibition opportunities, presentation of work, gallery information and discussion of current art controversies and interesting art journal readings. Critique members enrolled in the series may participate in our fall exhibition at the Noyes Cultural Arts Center.

Join Joanna Pinsky for three sessions at the Art Institute of Chicago to explore how women are portrayed in art from the nineteenth century Impressionist Movement to the present. We’ll compare the different time periods and how male and female artists represent the female figure.
