Join us for an unforgettable experience meeting artist, collector, writer, poet, photographer, museum curator, and book binder Michael Horvich in his Evanston home. His condo houses Michael’s Museum, which holds an amazing folk art collection of curiosities, artifacts, miniatures, and discoveries, as well as paintings, photography, handmade books, jewelry, and the artist's own Cornell-like shadow box assemblages. We will discuss the art of collecting and get inside the mind of this dynamic, curious, and expressive Evanston original. Led by Sarah Packer and Alex Stevenson.
